The experience at Bristol Street Motors Renault Exeter was great despite the immediate issues with the vehicle (full engine replacement on the first day of driving) - BSM have handled all issues since with grace and my needs in mind. For a nightmare scenario to occur, they've been brilliant at resolving it.
